I have forgotten my account password. What should I do?Updated a year ago
If you have forgotten the password associated with your customer account, you will simply need to reset it. Follow the below instructions:
- Click on the account icon on the top right hand corner of your screen.
- Click the Forgot your password? link underneath your sign in details.
- You then have to fill out a few personal details and then we'll then email you a link directly to your registered email address to reset your password.
