WILL EXPRESS SHIPPING BE AVAILABLE?
Usual shipping methods will be available at checkout, however due to high volumes over the sale period we cannot guarantee that express shipping will be available throughout the sale period or that express shipping will be as fast as normal.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Due to high volumes throughout the sale period, we cannot guarantee usual delivery timeframes, due to high volumes over this period there may be delays with your order. Please track your order on our tracking page:

WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
Any orders placed online from the 22nd of November and up to the 8th December 2025 will fall into our Christmas extended returns period and can be returned up to the 7th January 2026.
All sales in our New York Pop Up between 22nd of November and 2nd of December are final.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD?
Yes, gift cards can be redeemed at checkout.
WILL STUDENT DISCOUNT APPLY ON THE SALE?
Yes, students can claim discount through Student Beans and Unidays as normal.
CAN I USE COMMUNITY REWARDS CODES?
Community rewards discounts will not be redeemable over the Black Friday sale period.

We have over 120 payment methods available including all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay & Afterpay.
I’VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE IT?
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed due to high volumes.

There's a very small chance of a delay at checkout and you may experience a queue but rest assured, you'll get through and be able to purchase as quickly as possible. Just don't refresh the page!
